1月10日起，七张新修订的专利申请请求类表格正式启用

关于修订七张专利申请请求类表格的通知
为推进专利授权确权行政程序中的受送达权延及诉讼程序，针对行政诉讼中涉外当事人送达难的问题，我局对《发明专利请求书》《实用新型专利请求书》等七张请求类表格的填表注意事项进行修订，增加“除非有相反声明，当事人在中国境内负责接收专利业务法律文件的接收人及其地址延及于后续行政诉的表述。
现将修订后的请求类表格予以公告（见附件）。以上修订自2025年1月10日起启用，对应的旧版表格同时停止使用。本次修订不涉及客户端和电子申请数据标准规范调整。
当前启用的专利纸件申请请求类表格，当事人均可以即时通过登录国家知识产权局网站（http://www.cnipa.gov.cn）“政务服务”专栏下的“表格下载”栏目查阅下载。
