什么是PCT专利申请

PCT是《专利合作条约》（Patent Cooperation Treaty）的英文缩写，是世界知识产权组织管辖下的有关专利的国际条约。根据PCT的规定，专利申请人可以通过PCT途径递交国际专利申请，向多个国家申请专利。
