2024年1月1日起，深圳市暂停实施国内外发明专利授权资助政策

各有关单位、个人：
根据《国家知识产权局关于印发〈推动知识产权高质量发展年度工作指引（2022）〉的通知》（国知发运字〔2022〕15号，原文链接：https://www.cnipa.gov.cn/art/2022/3/21/art_551_174161.html）关于“力争在2023年底前全面取消对专利授权的各类财政资助”有关要求，我局从2024年1月1日起暂停实施《深圳市市场监督管理局知识产权领域专项资金操作规程》（深市监规〔2022〕10号，文件链接：http://www.sz.gov.cn/cn/xxgk/zfxxgj/zcfg/content/post_10220525.html）第六条“国内发明专利授权资助”和第七条“国外发明专利授权资助”的有关资助政策，并将按照有关法定程序取消相应资助政策。
在2023年1月1日至12月31日期间获得国内外发明专利授权且符合《深圳市市场监督管理局知识产权领域专项资金操作规程》（深市监规〔2022〕10号）第六条或第七条有关资助条件的，可于2023年12月31日前按照申报指南（网址链接：http://amr.sz.gov.cn/xxgk/qt/tzgg/content/post_11045569.html）有关指引提出资助申请。自2024年1月1日起，我局不再受理专利授权相关资助申请。
