2023年我国授权发明专利92.1万件

本报北京1月7日电 （记者谷业凯）记者近日从国家知识产权局获悉：我国知识产权审查质量效率持续提升，创新主体获得感不断增强。2023年，我国共授权发明专利92.1万件，同比增长15.4；授权实用新型专利209万件、外观设计专利63.8万件；注册商标438.3万件，登记集成电路布图设计1.13万件，核准使用地理标志专用标志经营主体5842家。
2023年，我国通过专利合作条约提交国际专利申请73812件，通过工业品外观设计国际注册海牙协定提交外观设计国际申请1166件（前11个月），提交马德里商标国际注册申请6196件，稳居世界前列。知识产权转化运用方面，2023年，全国专利商标质押融资额达8539.9亿元，同比增长75.4，惠及企业3.7万家；达成专利开放许可1.7万项；2023年前11个月，我国知识产权使用费进出口总额达3345亿元。
目前，我国发明专利平均审查周期缩短至16个月，商标注册平均审查周期稳定在4个月，一般情形商标注册周期稳定在7个月。
